Welcome to CTUG's on-line conference registration for Single and Group Attendees. Our registration wizard will take you through the steps to register and make payment for the conference and optionally the Education day.
You may register for the conference individually (single) or on behalf of a group. You will need to provide your name (and the names of other attendees), the name of your company, and your email address. Also, have a credit card ready for payment.
Payment
CTUG uses PayPal as its payment processor. Paypal accepts all major credit cards as well as direct Paypal account payments.
Using PayPal
You can use PayPal in one of two ways to select a payment method:
- Log on to PayPal using your PayPal account. This will allow you to use any of your previously registered credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal accounts for payment.
- Use PayPal without logging on to PayPal.
After clicking on the “Register” button for the registration wizard, you will be taken to the PayPal login page. On the right side of the page you will be given a choice to “Pay with my PayPal account” or “Pay with a debit or credit card”, to select the method you wish to use.
Important Note: If your credit card or email address is already registered with PayPal, you will need to use your PayPal account (method #1) for payment. This is a security measure implemented by PayPal to protect your privacy.
PayPal Payment Problem?
If you run into problems with making your payment using our registration wizard, you can go directly to PayPal and make your payment to ctug@ctug.ca by:
- Using your PayPal account if you already have one (just click on the "Send Money" tab), or
- Select the “Send Money Online” link and make your payment. Note that a PayPal account will be automatically created for you when you use this service, however you may close it at any time.
